Site Structure
Site Structure refers to how well your site is organized and it's funtionality. Readers on the web need easy access to information. The Web Style Guide says the most successful websites consist of easy navigation and working links. The navigational links on Discovery Earth Live all work. The naming conventions of the links are simple and easy for the reader to follow as seen below.

The Webstyle Guide says to pair semantic markup with external cascading style sheets for maximum flexibility. All webpages don't look the same in different browsers. Using cascading style sheets creates a more fluid website; and allow the designer to control and make changes to various styles within a site. The designer of Discovery Earth Live followed this convention. Every page within the site is linked to a cascade style sheet. The result is a more cohesive and functional site.
